No, not the movie…but the infamous Michael Jackson! Man, I remember when I was little I would sit right next to the stereo and play my dad’s Michael Jackson CD over and over again. My dad and I had differences in music but we both loved Michael Jackson—who didn’t?
I loved the movie Free Willy just because of Michael’s song that played in the end. I think I that was the first movie I ever cried in. Although he got weird towards the end of his career, I never forgot his music and his love to perform. It’s amazing to see someone perform with such passion and grace. He was a strong individual by not letting the public’s name calling and accusations get the best of him.
Michael, you would always said that you felt so alone in the world but in reality the world feels so alone without you. Thank you for the wonderful music you left behind and the legacy of intricate dance moves that will be remembered forever. Oh! I love the tilted fedora hat! Only you can pull off the one glove and outlandish outfits and can still look cool! We love you Michael!
