My co-workers go the gym during their break while I eat, eat, eat for an hour. I’m too lazy to go to the gym everyday but I feel like I’m getting weak and fat just sitting on my ass for 8-9 hours a day. So, I came up with a brilliant idea and decided to create a work out of my own during office hours. You see—we have a downstairs bathroom and an upstairs bathroom. My office is easily accessible to the downstairs one, being it only a few feet away. BUT as you as my witness I will be using the upstairs bathroom from now on and walking down the hallway all the way on the other side and use two sets of stairs. Maybe take a detour to the outside parking lot and back to the office again, depending on how I feel that day. Perhaps some lunges (is that how you spell it?) on my way to the bathroom to up my cardio. Think about it! X3 times a day, 40 steps up and down, two trips down the hall, and maybe an outside detour? I could really squeeze in a whole workout! Nothing compared to my co-workers, but hey! We’ll see if it works! Wish me luck!
